We have been singing the praises of your beautiful island and friendly people to all our friends when telling them about our memorable holiday. I hope that you will get many more visitors from the UK when this current crisis is over. We also appreciated the excellent arrangements made for us and the comfort and good service provided in the hotels you chose for us. We had a wonderful week in Havana and enjoyed almost every moment. We thought your All guides talked very good English and had a high competence in their field. Company`s arrangements were very good as people met us in all the places and at all the times we expected, and were generally professional and friendly.

Very good with the vouchers and the printed programs. Nice that you provided different types of vehicles. For example a Bicycle Taxi in Trinidad and an American Car in Havana to Tropicana show (instead of ordinary taxi cars). We enjoyed those rides. All Casa Particulares were very good and very nice people running them. I had already recommended this type of journey to friends here in Sweden.

Everybody was so nice and helpful. They could answer any question. The cars were in very good condition, the drivers were very nice and they were very punctual even before the indicated time. Every guide did his best. They were very nice, full of information about the country and the people, answered every question and above all they were humorous. We really had a good time with them. Every part of the journey was so well managed. For that I want to praise and thank in particular Nairobis who planned our journey. We learned so much about the country and the people (big thank you for that to all guides) and we had a lot of fun. Just enjoyed our holidays without worrying about something because everything was managed very well. We just relaxed. So the price is justified and the value for money is good.

At all the places we visited we got the necessary assistance. That made us feel very safe and comfortable. We never had to worry about anything. We had a very nice stay at all the places we visited. We are very impressed of the knowledge our guides showed. They learned us a lot about Cuba, both the history and the conditions today. Everything was so well organised. We had an unforgettable journey.

Very good info given at briefing on day 1. Accommodations were all very nice. Coqui y Yanita served a fantastic lobster dinner. Casa Iraida had the very best breakfast. Our guide was very good, very good knowledge of Havana. We had a good time with interesting conversations about everything and life in general.
