Day 1. WELCOME TO CUBA

Arriving at the International Havana Airport

As soon as you arrive at the airport in Havana, a Representative will be waiting for you with a sign of the agency. You will be welcomed and lead to the taxi that will privately transfer you to your private accommodation.

Day 2. GETTING ACQUAINTED WITH THE OLD PART OF THE CITY

Havana

Your first sunrise in Havana! After a delicious breakfast, your guide will take you to explore Old Havana through its World Heritage`s colonial architecture and cobblestoned streets. The excursion will bring you to Plaza de Armas, Plaza San Francisco de Asís, Plaza Vieja and Plaza de la Catedral. Wander through the small gift shops selling handmade souvenirs and photograph the magnificent buildings.

Day 3. A DAY AT LEISURE TO LEARN ABOUT CUBAN CULTURE

Museum of Fine Arts in Havana

Take advantage of the day and learn more about the city of Havana and its culture. Visit some of the most relevant museums - the Museum of Fine Arts, for instance. Admire the eclectic architecture of the city while touring around modern Havana. Take a look at La Casa de la Amistad and the Bacardi Building, among many other magnificent buildings. Dance to the rhythm of Cuban musicians at the Casa de la Musica and learn the history of a city that is over 500 years old!

Day 4. ON THE WAY TO VIÑALES

Viñales Valley

Today, you will leave the beautiful city of Havana in a Connecting Cuba coach transfer to continue your trip to your next destination: the Viñales Valley. Travel by road through the spectacular Sierra del Rosario and stop for a short while at Cafetería Las Barrigonas to visit a small tobacco plantation. Visit a cigar factory in the city of Pinar del Rio and learn about the manufacturing process. Discover the beauty of Viñales and take in the spectacular views from Los Jazmines lookout. Spend some time touring the town of Viñales and Dos Hermanas Valley. Amuse your eyes with the Prehistoric mural and board a boat that will take you along the underground river in the Indian cave. A typical Cuban lunch at a local restaurant is included. At the end you will be dropped off at you private accommodation in Viñales with your dinner included.

Day 5. WAKING UP AMONG MOGOTES

Viñales Valley National Park

After a homemade breakfast, you will have the entire day at leisure so start breathing in the pure air of the countryside. The Viñales Valley is a National Park that has been listed by UNESCO as Cultural Landscape of the World and there are quite a few activities you can enjoy while being in direct contact with nature. Horseback riding, cycling tours, exploring Santo Tomas Cave are some of the options that will help you discover interesting facts about the land of Tobacco while having lots of fun!

Day 6. TOWARDS A SMALL BOUTIQUE TOWN

Trinidad

You will wake up very early to take the bus that will take you to Trinidad, in the centre of the island, where you will stay at a private accommodation. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon and the evening at this captivating city, considered as one of the best preserved colonial cities in America. As you walk along the streets, you will find attractive bars and musicians enhancing the joy of this city.

Day 7. DISCOVERING THE WONDERS OF TRINIDAD

Upon sunrise, a delicious breakfast will be your first joy of the day. After that, get ready to walk along Trinidad’s historical centre. The city has an extraordinarily dense concentration of old colonial houses, many still inhabited by descendants of the old families. Admire the details of windows and balconies, the spacious interiors, the irregular cobblestoned streets; all of that in an atmosphere of vibrant music and open friendly people. A visit to one museum is included as well as a complimentary drink at a local bar.

Day 8. UNVEILING THE CHARMS OF TOPES DE COLLANTES

Once you are up, a fabulous breakfast will be waiting. Then, you may want to explore the natural sites surrounding the small boutique town. We strongly recommend a tour to Topes de Collantes Natural Park, only 25 km away from Trinidad. You could have a wonderful time in contact with nature and enjoying the amazing waterfalls of the area. It features a protected area of more than 200 square meters with vast variety of flora and fauna of considerable value for scientists, botanists, zoologists and ecologists in Cuba.

Day 9. TOWARDS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN THE CARIBBEAN

Varadero beach

Very early in the morning you will have the first meal of the day at your private accommodation; then, you will travel to Varadero, where you will spend some relaxing time after all the adventures lived so far. Let your sunblock lotion and your sunglasses handy as you will need them at this amazing beach resort.

Day 10 - 11 - 12. MUCH MORE THAN SUN AND BEACH IN VARADERO

The following days are at leisure for you to enjoy as you wish. However, Varadero has a lot more to offer tan simply lying on the beach. You could visit the small town of Varadero to mingle with locals and learn about inhabitants’ culture. We recommend you to step into the handicrafts markets on the main street. If you are in the mood for more fun, you may visit the dolphinarium. The show lasts about 20 minutes and both children and adults love it! Having photographs taken with these lovely creatures are also choices at this place. Do not miss the opportunity!

Day 13. GOING BACK HOME

Goin back home

As everything in life, the tour is over and it is time to go home. Depending on your departure flight time, you will be picked up at your hotel and privately transferred to the International Airport of Havana to take your flight back home. You will have a few hours to organize your memories and even text friends about your wonderful holiday!
